Sarah-Salzburg

The picturesque Salzburg was probably my favorite city to visit during our entire trip. The old architecture of Salzburg was truly beautiful especially when the sun was out and shining! One of my favorite things to do in Salzburg was just walking around and dropping into random churches and exploring inside. These old churches were so intricately designed that I could truly spend hours inside just one of them looking at all the intricate design details. One of my favorite things that we did in Salzburg was going up a gondola to the top of Untersbergbhan. Looking down from the top of this tall mountain was truly beautiful! We also got the chance to go for short hikes up and down the snowy hills. One of my favorite memories from this trip will be sliding down the slippery snowy hill on my shoes.

My favorite performance from Salzburg was the Vienna Philharmonic performance as a part of Mozart week. It was truly amazing to hear an orchestra play Mozart during the week in which he was born and the city he was born in. I also distinctly remember thinking that this group was having fun performing Mozart's music. They also gave an extremely clean and professional performance. In conclusion, Salzburg was a beautiful place to learn about music!
